Welcome to Future Work Now®. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Future Work Now website, programs, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About Future Work Now

Future Work Now® provides educational programs, professional development resources, mentorship, advocacy-related support, and community-based services. Our offerings are designed to support individuals navigating career development, workplace challenges, and life transitions.

Future Work Now® is not a degree-granting institution, law firm, or licensed mental health provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Educational Programs & Content

All educational programs offered by Future Work Now® are:

  • Skills-based and non-credit

  • Not accredited or licensed programs

  • Designed for personal and professional development

Completion of a program may result in a Certificate of Completion, which documents successful completion of program requirements. Certificates do not constitute degrees, licenses, or professional certification unless explicitly stated.

4. Tuition, Payments, and Refund Policy

Certain programs require a one-time payment. Payment terms are clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Some programs may offer a tuition return upon graduation, which is subject to:

  • Completion of all required program components

  • Compliance with program guidelines

  • Verification of completion by Future Work Now®

Failure to complete program requirements does not entitle a participant to a refund. Access to course materials may continue even if a participant does not graduate.

5. Coaching, Mentorship, and Support Services

Future Work Now® may provide access to coaching, mentorship, or advisory support, including communication via email, text, or scheduled calls.

These services:

  • Are informational and educational in nature

  • Do not constitute legal, medical, or mental health advice

  • Do not create a fiduciary or professional-client relationship

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Advocacy and Support Disclaimer

Future Work Now® may offer advocacy-related guidance and resources. However:

  • We do not provide legal representation

  • We do not guarantee outcomes in disputes, complaints, or proceedings

  • Participation does not replace consultation with licensed professionals when appropriate

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others

  • Misuse or redistribute program materials

  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization

Future Work Now® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services—including text, videos, materials, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Future Work Now® or its licensors.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Credential Verification & Revocation

Certificates and credentials issued by Future Work Now® may be verified through our verification system.

We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate credentials obtained through:

  • Misrepresentation

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Violation of program policies

  • Abuse of Services

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Work Now® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality programs and meaningful support, we do not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes

  • Financial results

  • Career advancement

  • Resolution of disputes or conflicts

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
