Why This Exists
Future Work Now was founded by Dr. Yaguang Zhu after years of teaching, researching, advising students, and building companies across tech, manufacturing, and e-commerce. He saw a consistent gap: people were academically prepared, but unprepared for real work, real money decisions, and real power dynamics. As technology reshapes careers and education struggles to keep pace, Future Work Now exists to close that gap—practically, ethically, and humanely.
