Become a Paid Mentor
You don’t need to be a coach or have all the answers. What matters is perspective, honesty, and a willingness to listen. As a mentor, you’ll support students and early-career professionals navigating career decisions, workplace challenges, and moments when the system doesn’t work the way it should.
Mentors help by sharing real experience—how to think through options, ask better questions, set boundaries, and build long-term independence. Most mentorship is flexible, remote, and focused on guidance rather than long-term commitments.
Partner With Us
We partner with organizations, student groups, programs, and companies that care about career readiness, workplace fairness, and practical life skills. If you’re working with people who need better tools—or want to help create them—we’re open to collaborating.
Partnerships can take many forms: co-hosting workshops, supporting scholarships, sharing resources, sponsoring initiatives, or building programs that help people move forward when they feel stuck or unsupported.

Yes. Mentors receive $20 per 30 mins session as a thank-you for their time and contribution. While many mentors participate because they care about the mission, we believe people’s time and expertise should be respected.
